These Terms of Service govern your use of PM Buddy ("the platform"), operated by PM Buddy ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
PM Buddy is an AI-powered project management platform designed to help individuals and small teams plan, manage, and execute projects without requiring formal project management training.
You agree not to use PM Buddy to:
You own the data you create in PM Buddy — your projects, documents, and campaign information belong to you. By using PM Buddy, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
PM Buddy uses AI to generate content including project plans, documents, risk assessments, and assistant responses. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We aim to keep PM Buddy available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
PM Buddy is currently free to use during its early access period. We may introduce paid plans in the future. We will give reasonable notice before any free features become paid.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
PM Buddy is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PM Buddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PM Buddy is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
